At The Center for Ethical AI, we believe that knowledge should be both accessible and accountable. The works published here are part of an open-access initiative designed to advance ethical AI research, governance, and education. Each publication is made available to support academic collaboration, informed dialogue, and responsible innovation in artificial intelligence.
Purpose and Philosophy:
The Open Publication Library hosts select research monographs, frameworks, and guides authored or co-authored by Dale Rutherford. These works explore critical intersections of ethics, AI integration, governance, and prompt engineering. Our goal is to foster a community of practice grounded in transparency, reproducibility, and standards alignment across academia, enterprise, and policy.
